ANNIE CHANG

Graduate of NYU, Tisch.  Series regular in Dead Boss (FOX) and The Wrong Mans (Showtime), heavy recurring in two seasons of Shades of Blue (NBC).  Other credits include Master Of None, The Jim Gaffigan Show, House of Cards, Bosch, Carrie Diaries, First Wives Club, and more.  She's appeared onstage at The Studio Theatre, American Repertory Theatre, and at the Young Vic in London and more.  She participated in both the ABC and NBC Diversity showcases.  She is currently also developing a half hour TV show based on her upbringing.

ALEX ASCHINGER

Alex is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Theatre. Before moving to Los Angeles, he appeared in regional and touring theatre as well as performing Improv with SPF7 in both Seaside, FL and San Francisco, CA. With SPF7 he appeared in two record breaking shows, the first lasting 35 hrs and the second 70 hrs. He has appeared in AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead and reoccured on Freeform’s Baby Daddy as well as multiple national commercials for brands including Discover Card, Chevy, Jeep, University of Phoenix, Uber and more. Outside of acting, Alex formed the comedy group with Micheal Jonathan Smith and Chris Yule. They have been featured in the Onion’s AV Club and were finalists in the Comedy Central Pilot Competition at the New York Television Festival. They have developed projects at Disney Animation, UCP, Sony and Quibi.

STEVE HOLM

Steve brings experience as an actor, coach and casting consultant who has worked both commercially and theatrically. He has run Envision Studios (one of the biggest commercial casting studios in the world) and has facilitated screen tests and castings for Paramount, Amazon, and Netflix among others. Steve has become a go-to acting coach for Green Book casting director Rick Montgomery and numerous working actors. He has been working with Joseph Pearlman for many years and is excited to be sharing his extensive knowledge of the work with the PAA community.

MATT BEEBE  

Matt Beebe began working in the industry at 7 years old.   He attended California Institute of the Arts, (CalArts) studying Music, Vocal Performance. He has worked in commercials, film/tv, voice overs, and musical theater.  He has been working with Pearlman Acting Academy for several years, and is excited to be sharing his unique perspective on performance. Matt believes that quality acting should be collaborative and safe, and most importantly, fun!
