STUDIO CONDUCT

At Pearlman Acting Academy (PAA), we deeply value a culture of mutual respect and safety. Our policies strictly prohibit disparaging remarks about our studio, faculty, or members, as well as any behaviors that compromise the integrity of our community.

We operate on a zero-tolerance basis for these actions. To ensure clear and respectful communication, all correspondence with faculty must be directed through official channels (asst@josephpearlman.com), and we discourage the sharing of personal contact information by instructors to maintain professional boundaries.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines will, unfortunately, lead to disenrollment. We reserve the right to cancel or disenroll anyone who does not comply with these expectations. Our commitment lies in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment, empowering every actor to achieve their full potential.

STUDIO POLICIES

1.Class Cycle

-Classes operate on a 4-week cycle.

Limitless Learning: Our members enjoy an exceptional benefit – exclusive access to all

classes and special industry events, with no additional cost. Up to 50 events per month!

If you are unable to attend a class, our “All Access Pass” ensures you won’t miss out on

the educational experience. You’ll have the opportunity to make up the class by engaging with

any of our wide-ranging sessions as a Balcony participant. This allows you to observe and

actively participate in class dynamics and discussions, ensuring ongoing learning and

engagement. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with a range of master coaches, each

offering unique and invaluable perspectives on the work.

2. Payments

  - Payment is due at enrollment and in the fourth week of each cycle.

    - Payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire after 4 weeks.

    - Rate changes will be communicated in advance.

    - Pre-registrations are valid for 3 months.

    - First month bonus for pre-registered members: Unlimited “All Access Pass” to all content.

    - Recurring credit card payments every 4 weeks. To pause, email us by week 3.

3. Attendance

    - Timeliness is key: Late arrivals won’t be admitted.

    - For Zoom classes, ensure a stable internet connection. Connectivity issues won’t extend

the class cycle.
